Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Returns/Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Currently, we offer returns only if:
- The product size does not fit you, In which case an alternative size will be provided.
- In the rare case that the product has reached you in a damaged state, fresh merchandise will be reshipped.
- A full refund will be issued if the desired size or product is out of stock.
- Order cancellation is available if the product has not yet been shipped.
To initiate Returns/Cancellations please contact us via ‘contact us’ link or through our customer helpline mentioned on the website.
Requests received later than 7 days post receipt of product will not be considered.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
As a token of our love for our customers, we offer free returns but only request that you or someone on your behalf be present at your place and hand over the merchandise to our delivery executive.
We put great effort into our product and packaging and request that the merchandise is returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition. Return policy will be void if the above conditions are not met. A full refund will be issued post receipt of the merchandise.
